God,
Tsunamis, and Cheese Sandwiches
"Yes,
there is plenty of evidence (from
cheese sandwiches to tsunamis)
for a thinking person to conclude
that a God of love who is all-powerful
and wants to better the life of
humanity doesn’t exist..." |

Even
though our TV program goes to 70 countries and is
on six networks in the United States, we still feel
that the message has touched only the tip of the
iceberg of the Church. The key is to get pastors
to listen to "Hell's Best Kept Secret" and then
to read The Way of the Master. So we have
formulated a plan.
We want you to be part of our "Promotions
Team." If you believe in the importance of
this teaching, please consider going to SpiritualThirst.com.
There we will provide you with attractive emails
(like the one pictured above) that you can send
to all your Christian friends, your pastor, and
the members of your ministry team. You can also
send copies to all the Christian organizations you
support or are affiliated with. These emails include
direct links so your friends can freely listen to
and/or download the "Hell's Best Kept Secret"
mp3 audio file, and can download a free copy of
the first two chapters of The Way of the Master.
With your help in getting this message out to all
your Christian contacts, we could see something
incredible. We have close to 50,000 people on this
mailing list. If every one of us got involved, we
could see a huge impact in the way the Christian
community thinks about, and acts on, the Great Commission.
Don't wait -- get involved!

| In
the Tabloids
The online National Enquirer had
a feature story on What
Hollywood Believes that has been
running since Janauary 10th. They called it
"a compelling new book," and quoted
extensively from the publication. This is
our target audience, please pray that many
would be intrigued and buy the book, and read
it's evangelistic message.
We are taking a team to the Michael Jackson
trial where more than 250 representatives
of the news media will be camped out for weeks,
searching for snippets of news to feed networks
worldwide. What Hollywood Believes
uncovers the spiritual beliefs of over 100
celebrities, but it lists Michael Jackson
on the cover and includes the spiritual beliefs
of his famous sister. We are going to give
copies of the hardback book to each member
of the media. There is a possibility that
they will do interviews on the spot, and even
if they don't, it will get the gospel into
the hands of key media folks who are probably
bored as they wait for news.
We are pleased to be able to tell you that
we now have What
Hollywood Believes
in paperback so that you can affordably
give copies away. A box
of 44 is only $77. That’s a very
good price. The book not only presents the
gospel, but it contains Psalm 51 as a model
prayer of repentance, as well as a chapter
that includes the entire booklet Save
Yourself Some Pain.

Magazine
Article
Ministries Today did a wonderful
overview of our ministry. If you want
to promote the teaching in your church,
showing your pastor the magazine may
be a good way to bring credibility to
the ministry. You can order a copy of
the Jan./Feb. issue by calling them
at 800-749-6500 ext. 2405, or you could
get a little more information about
the issue on their website. |
Mini
Boot Camp
February 25-26 there will
be a "Mini Boot Camp" conducted
at the Dallas Worldview Weekend. The
"Mini Boot Camp" is available
only to people who have registered for
the Dallas Worldview Weekend. They are
limiting enrollment to the first 100
people so that Ray, Kirk, and the other
team leaders can give special training
advice and coaching to each student.
The $25 cost is separate from the cost
of the Worldview Weekend conference
tickets. To learn more about this, check
out www.worldviewweekend.com. |

| New
Million Dollar Bill
Although the Million
Dollar Bill tract has been my favorite,
I have almost always followed it up with another
tract, because the gospel message was so short.
Not anymore. We have more than doubled its
message, but we have still been able to keep
it discreet. We have also added "In God We
Trust" on the back.
My brother (who lives in that small island
off the coast of New Zealand) isn't a Christian,
but he emailed me and asked for more copies
of the tract, saying, "I give out a lot and
people say they love them." |

| The
Science of Evolution
We were so pleased with the evolution
episode of "The Way of the Master," we
produced it as a stand-alone DVD. This episode
(30 minutes) is unique in that it doesn't
follow the usual format of Christian experts
exposing the theory. Instead, it lets evolutionary
believers put their foot in their own mouth,
simply by asking them probing questions. Join
us as we take an orangutan to lunch, and call
major airlines to ask if a "relative"
can join us on the plane. The graphics on
this DVD have been designed so that there
is no indication that it is Christian or anti-evolution.
Order in bulk (10 or more) and get them for
only $2 each.
We also have four new episodes of "The Way
of the Master" available (two episodes per
DVD). They are "The
Satanic Influence" and "How to Witness to
Someone Who is Gay," and
"Evolution" and "How to Witness to a Family
Member."

| Encouragement
"I am a church secretary, and yesterday
the pastor here received a call from a lady
who had been watching TBN and seen Kirk and
Ray witnessing out on the streets. She began
to question her own self and realized she
needed to be saved and baptized and immediately
called to see the pastor!!! Praise God for
this
show and for all those touched by the
program." -- Kerri B. (AL)
"I went over to a friend's house and saw
she had an Evidence
Bible. I picked it up and began to
browse through it. I asked if I could borrow
it, took it home and I have never been so
convicted before in my life. I also went to
your website and ordered your 16
CD Series. I have never heard anything
like that in my life concerning the Ten Commandments.
I thought I was a Christian for 30 years.
Sad to say your CD Series proved to me that
I wasn't a Christian--especially the first
CD, "Hells Best Kept Secret." I haven't witnessed
for the Lord as I should. Maybe it was because
of fear. But that's no excuse, is it? I am
ashamed of myself... I am 52 years old; I
have wasted the last 30 years, but I will
not waste the time I have left." -- Edward
M.

| Encouragement of
a Different Kind
"It makes me sick, Christians are taking
over the world and I can't do anything to
stop it. Do yourself a favor and stop believing
in some made up story, its just something
to keep you busy while your life slowly fades
to death. If you were to make a knowledgeable
choice and think scientifically, maybe you
wouldn't believe in all that @$#a!@ god @#!$*.
I would rather sit at home and #$$@!* on Sundays
than go to the that cult house called church."

Right Across
the Street ::..
This one sent
in by Joshua
R.
Over the past
few months our
student ministry
has been putting
into practice
the scriptural
principles taught
in the "Way
of the Master"
course.
We started doing
personal evangelism
with family,
friends, and
coworkers. Then
we slowly began
witnessing to
strangers in
public places.
Our church is
directly across
the street from
a junior high
and half a block
away from a
high school.
In order to
share the gospel
with larger
groups of teenagers,
we set up signs
on our church
lawn after school
that invite
people to take
your IQ
Test and
win a prize.
We
also use a few
other tracts
(like the reverse
image of Jesus
tract...if they
guess the image,
they win something).
Then we do several
public presentations
of law and grace.
We've been able
to share the
gospel with
up to 60 teens
in half an hour.
More and more
students are
hearing about
sin, judgment,
righteousness,
and the amazing
grace of God
through Jesus
Christ. God
has given us
many opportunities
to preach His
message with
clarity and
boldness. Not
much has happened
in the way of
growth for our
student ministry,
but at least
we know that
we are being
faithful to
the one and
only gospel
of Jesus Christ.
So if anyone
converts, it
will prayerfully
be genuine.
But generally
the response
has been great.
There have been
a lot of students
who have given
some serious
thought to their
destiny without
Christ. Thanks
for doing the
work of evangelists
and equipping
this little
church to preach
for Christ.

The Hardest
Looking One
of the Bunch
::..
This one sent
in by Jeff R.
(Mesa, AZ)
I have been
staying plugged
in to your program
and have been
doing a lot
of reading on
the subject
of evangelism.
I ordered a
copy of The
School of Biblical
Evangelism
and went to
work. I spoke
to God and asked
Him to place
such a burden
on my heart
to evangelize
that my life
would be a wreck
unless I started
to get out and
do it. He has
answered my
prayer and continually
stretches me
daily. I'm consumed
with evangelism!
I
went out to
one of the toughest
areas in town,
and began to
street evangelize
using the "way
of the Master."
It went AWESOME!
One guy at first
tried to run
me over with
his scooter!
He was the hardest
looking one
of the bunch.
He had tattoos
all up and down
his arms, used
rotten language,
and had been
in prison most
of his life.
He got right
in my face after
hearing me speak
to another about
the Ten Commandments.
He asked me
if I thought
I was better
than he was.
He asked me
if I was a preacher.
I said no, that
God had placed
a message on
my heart that
I had to deliver.
He approached
me as if he
was going to
strike me in
the face. My
two friends
looked on nervously.
I bounced back
to the "natural"
and asked him
about his muscles,
and asked if
he was in good
health. He calmed
down and smiled
and said, "I'm
getting very
fat," and
laughed. I said,
"Do you
mind if I check
to see how well
your spiritual
health is?"
He said, "Sure."
I began to go
through the
Ten Commandments
with him. He
confessed his
guilt to all
of them! He
began to break,
and then was
absolutely crushed
under the Law!
He became contrite,
and very nice.
Tears began
to well up in
his eyes when
he found out
he was guilty
before a Righteous
Judge and knew
his fate was
everlasting
torment in the
lake of fire.
When
I asked him
if he knew what
God had done
for him so he
wouldn't go
to Hell, he
replied, "What?"
I then told
him about Jesus,
and what He
done so he wouldn't
have to go to
Hell -- that
Jesus destroyed
all evidence
of sin in his
life, if only
he would repent
and turn from
his sinful ways,
and put his
faith in the
Savior. I gave
him a gospel
tract, which
he nearly jerked
my arm out of
its socket to
get! I asked
if I could pray
with him, and
he said YES!
We prayed with
him, and he
began to transform
right before
our eyes! WOW!
After we were
done, he rode
off proclaiming
what Jesus did
for him so he
wouldn't have
to go to hell,
to all who were
standing around.
What a day!
Thanks for everything.
I will never
give up.
