Ambassadors’ Academy Payment (Early Bird)
A non-refundable $100 down payment is due within 48 hours of being notified of acceptance into the Academy. Full payment is due by May 9, 2020 (60 days prior to the event). Submitting your down payment now will lock-in the current rate.
If you use this form to pay for your down payment only (and not the full payment now), do not use this form again later to pay for your full payment—a different payment portal link will be sent closer to the Academy date which will have deducted your $100 down payment.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to associated costs and time put into each Academy by Living Waters staff, as well as any contractual obligations, we are unable to offer an unconditional refund policy unless you are cancelling more than 60 days before your Academy date (the down payment is not refundable at any time).
Cancellations after the 60-day mark will be issued a refund of your paid registration fees, less $250 per person. Living Waters will make every attempt to fill your spot, and if we are able to do that, Living Waters will refund 100% of your paid registration fees. For example, if you paid registration fees for yourself in the amount of $595.00, and cancel before the 60-day mark, you will receive a 100% refund of $595.00. If you cancel after the 60-day mark, and we are able to fill your spot, you will also receive a 100% refund in the amount of $595.00. If you cancel after the 60-day mark, and we are unable to fill your spot, you will receive a refund in the amount of $345.00 ($595 less $250 non-refundable).
All refunds will be processed by the start of the Academy, to allow us the most time possible to fill your vacant spot. Please contact Living Waters immediately if you feel that a cancellation may be necessary, or to receive specific information regarding the terms governing your specific registration.
