Your card’s not there. Right? Most of us feel a bit unintelligent when we find out how it’s done. Of course, the most unintelligent thing any of us could ever do is ignore where we are going to spend eternity. So here’s the big question—What should a person do to get to Heaven? If you said, “You just have to live a good life,” you are wrong. Stay with me, and find out why. Let’s see if you are a good person: Jesus said, “Whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her has committed adultery already with her in his heart.” Have you ever lusted? Have you hated anyone (committed murder in your heart)? Have you made a god in your mind to suit yourself? Have you always honored your parents implicitly? Have you had sex outside of marriage (fornication)? Have you used God’s name in vain? Have you ever stolen something (irrespective of its value)? If you have, you are a thief. If you have told just one lie, you are a liar, and cannot enter Heaven. On Judgment Day you will be found guilty, and end up in Hell, forever. But that’s not God’s will. We broke His Law (the Ten Commandments) but because Jesus paid our fine on the cross 2000 years ago, God can forgive us. The Bible says, “God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Then He rose from the dead, and defeated the power of the grave. If you repent and trust the Savior, God will forgive your sins and grant you everlasting life. So, confess your sins to God today, put your faith in Jesus Christ, then read the Bible daily and obey what you read (see John 14:21). Be sensible; get right with God today. Did you figure out the illusion? The cards on the back are different from the cards on the front.
