Oscar Navarro
Oscar Navarro is the Vice President of Ministry Advancement for Living Waters. He joined the ministry after serving as Assistant Vice President of Financial Solutions for one of the nation’s largest investment banks. A gifted expository preacher whose cultural commentary is enlightening and concise, he is a board member of Safe Harbor International Relief, Spirit Christian Academy, and Elephant Cooperation. Oscar is an avid connoisseur of books, music, and movies, and he and his wife, Kelli, have three children.
