Oscar Navarro is the Vice President of Ministry Advancement for Living Waters. He joined the ministry after serving as Assistant Vice President of Financial Solutions for one of the nation’s largest investment banks. A gifted expository preacher whose cultural commentary is enlightening and concise, he is a board member of Safe Harbor International Relief, Spirit Christian Academy, and Elephant Cooperation. Oscar is an avid connoisseur of books, music, and movies, and he and his wife, Kelli, have three children.
I love the fact that my friend Oscar Navarro is a converted Atheist. But he was no lukewarm Atheist—he was a staunch bookworm, who closely followed the bishops of atheism. But God wonderfully transformed him, and in so doing, gave us the gift of a theologically sound brother in Christ. He is witty, evangelistic, and has remained culturally sensitive. That’s a huge plus—not only for our ministry, but for the kingdom in general.Ray Comfort, Founder/CEOLiving Waters

Oscar is a very gifted communicator and has the unique ability to bring God’s truth into everyday life. He is also able to preach in a way that engages with multi-generational audiences, which isn’t easy to do these days. We’ve always been blessed when Oscar comes to speak at our church and I know you will be to!Dr. Mark Ambrose, Lead PastorPacific Coast Church, San Clemente, CA
Oscar Navarro is a man of God and a gifted and qualified teacher of God’s truth. Because we place such a high value on faithful Bible teaching at King's Cross Church, it is a joy to have someone like Oscar on our preaching team. Because he has a good pulse on current cultural trends, Oscar is a master at exposing the most dearly held idols of our day. Every time I get to sit under his preaching, it is clear he has both a solid understand of the text and a compassionate heart for his hearers. I happily recommend him.Chris Poblete, Lead PastorKing's Cross Church
