Tools to Save Babies!

Forty-eight years have passed since the US Supreme Court legalized abortion-on-demand on January 22, 1973. Since the Roe v. Wade decision, over 59,000,000 innocent human lives have been aborted in our nation. That means every 24 seconds, for the last 48 years, an unborn baby has legally been killed in the womb in the United States.

That statistic is so shocking it’s mind-numbing; what can we do about it? One thing many churches do is recognize the third Sunday in January as Sanctity of Human Life Sunday. In 2021, the date will be January 17, this Sunday. Help your church out by suggesting ways they can commemorate the day and proclaim the biblical truth that all human life is sacred from the moment of conception.

Though, praise the Lord, the number of abortions has been declining in recent years, as long as there is even one innocent life that is taken by abortion, the Body of Christ cannot rest. As believers, there is much we can do to soften hearts and change minds about this crucial issue, and Living Waters offers several resources that make it very easy for you to share the truth, and the gospel, with those who need to hear it.

“Abortion Mill Posters”

We have been very encouraged to see that people have been using our “Life Is Beautiful” sign and have expanded to add a Spanish version (with Spanish text and a beautiful Hispanic baby), and have also added a second poster. The new poster says, “We Will Adopt Your Baby! Please Talk to Us” (we have versions with a black, white, and Hispanic baby). These engaging signs encourage those heading toward an abortion clinic (and anyone else) to pause and really think. It also invites them to speak with you. This simple tool can lead to a life being saved and is available as a no-cost download.
