Cancellation Policy:
Due to associated costs and time put into each Academy by Living Waters staff, as well as any contractual obligations, we are unable to offer an unconditional refund policy.

Deposits
All deposits made are non-refundable.

30 days before the event
If you cancel within the allowed cancellation period, you will be refunded your registration fee, minus the non-refundable deposit.

After 30 days
If you cancel after the allowed cancellation period of 30 days, you will receive 50% of the refundable portion of the registration fee, minus the non-refundable deposit.

All refunds will be processed no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
