One of the most common arguments against the Bible concerns its stance on “slavery,” but the type of slavery known by our culture today was never endorsed by God.

We recently had some action at the ministry. A man had stolen a U-Haul truck, then drove over a police spike strip (which took out the front tire) and caught fire. He got off the freeway in our city and finally stopped about 100 yards from Living Waters. It was like a Hollywood action movie. There were police everywhere.
Which brings us to the question: Why is it that a dozen police cars will chase a criminal to the ends of the earth to bring him to justice? That’s a question that believers in evolution can’t answer. They have their little theories, but they don’t make sense in the light of survival of the fittest.
“Why would anyone with half a brain believe the unproven, unprovable, unscientific, and utterly foolish fairytale of evolution?”
Why is a man such a moral creature? Why does he pursue justice with a passion? None of the animals do this. And yet evolution believers, despite the overwhelming evidence that we are unique in creation, believe that they are just primates. Of course, they think that they are a little more evolved and therefore more intelligent than the grunting fellas that swing in trees.
Which brings us to another question: Why would anyone with half a brain believe the unproven, unprovable, unscientific, and utterly foolish fairytale of evolution? There’s one very good answer. If we are primates, and a man fornicates, or commits adultery, or feeds his heart on the perversion of pornography, he’s not doing anything morally wrong. He is merely a primate pursuing his primal instincts to propagate his species. And that’s deliriously good news for sin-loving sinners.
P.S. I was able to get some great footage of the end of this fiery chase. Watch this video.
