I have read this book 2x. I would have read it even more, but I kept falling asleep. 🙂 I don’t struggle w/insomnia, but wanted this as a resource to share with those who do. I read it at bedtime and fell asleep reading it for a couple of weeks. It gives real tips to overcoming insomnia, it brought lots of chuckles, and it was interwoven with the gospel. Highly recommend!
