Are you curious about the fact that during Charles’ coronation the king is handed a pearl-studded scepter, presented with a strange-looking, diamond-encrusted “orb,” and three swords are carried before him—one of which is blunt? Why is special oil poured on his head in a ceremony hidden from public eyes? What is the “Ampulla,” and why does the king wear six robes during the ceremony? What is the meaning of the four crosses on the king’s crown?
In these short but fascinating chapters, you will learn ten interesting facts that will better inform you of what happens during the coronation of a king and what it means to be defender of the faith.

I signed up to receive these books to pass out. I managed to pass them all out, but saved one for me. I finally got a chance to read it. I found it truly fascinating to learn all about the Church of England, the influence of the Catholic Church in the 1500’s and the Christian symbolism in the Coronation of King Charles. and what it means to be a defender of the faith. I was able to read the book in about an hour. As usual Ray gets to the point and always points us to Jesus. Like Ray, I always have tracts to give out…so far I have only been turned down once. Really like the Coronation Tracts.
