Description
** This tract is printed on a lightweight card and is the size and shape of a checkbook holder. It has two slots for you to put in money—any size bill you wish. We strongly suggest that you use brand new bills, which you can obtain through your bank. (There’s something clean and fresh about new bills.) You can hand out these tracts anywhere, or you can drop one in the envelope when you pay your bills. Why not aim at giving out $365 each year—one tract containing one dollar each day? **
Why give away money?
There are four reasons: First. As a small token of apology for the fact that so many have asked for money in the name of Christianity. Christians should be giving to the community, not taking from it.
The second reason is to ask you an important question. Do you consider yourself to be a good person? Let’s look at the Ten Commandments and see if you are. Have you ever told a lie? Have you ever stolen anything? (The value of the item is irrelevant). Have you ever used God’s Name in vain? Jesus said, “Whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.” Have you ever looked with lust? Will you be guilty or innocent on the Day of Judgment? Will you go to Heaven or Hell?
If you are guilty of breaking those four, God sees you as a “lying, thieving, blasphemous, adulterer at heart,” and the Bible makes it clear that you will end up in Hell. But there is good news. Even though we broke God’s Law (the Ten Commandments), He became a man to pay the fine. Jesus suffered and died on the cross (taking our punishment upon Himself), then He rose from the dead: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes on Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” God doesn’t want you to go to Hell. He can forgive you and grant you the gift of everlasting life, so confess your sins to Him right now, put your trust in Jesus, and you will pass from death to life.
The third reason for giving you the money is to show you that you have faith. Perhaps you are saying, “How can I know if the gospel is true?” Maybe you felt the same about this gift, but you had enough faith to open it and see if money was inside. Do the same with the gospel. This gift was mere money. God’s gift is everlasting life — so what are you waiting for? You may not have tomorrow . . .
The fourth reason: The information you are now reading was hidden from you by the money. The Bible says the things of God are hidden from you because of your sin. Allow God to wash away your sins and your eyes will suddenly be opened to a whole new realm.
Pray something like this: “Dear God, today I turn away from all of my sins (name them). I put my trust in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Please forgive me, change my heart, and grant me your gift of everlasting life. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.” Then read your Bible daily, and obey what you read (see John 14:21). “My wife and several friends and I have been handing these out with $1 in each one at Iowa State University. We have been able to hand out around 500 in about 45 minutes; in the last week (Friday to Friday) we visited the campus three times and handed out around 1750. I’d say 98% take them and the majority actually thank us. Its too cold to stand around and talk much (around 20 degrees this past Friday) so these are great to simply hand out. Thanks for a great tool for the gospel!”

This tract does so much in making it easier for me to pass out, all while still being able to do something for the kingdom of God!
My mother and I enjoy giving these tracts to the homeless (typically giving away $5 per tract), and the message that the tract delivers really does apply to how the person receiving it reacts.
From what I have seen, they first look at it as if it doesn’t mean much, perhaps with a somewhat melancholy look, but once they realize that the cover mentions “money inside” and they see that there is actually money inside of it, then it almost seems as if there is a sigh of relief between us, because the person is hoping for money meanwhile I am hoping they will really open the thing and see that it’s not some sort of scam to harm them.
Essentially, I trust that the Lord will speak through this tract to those who receive it, and show them that they truly are being given money out of genuine care for them, revealing to them how true Christians should be know by their humility and not by selfish ambition, their giving and not only receiving.

I bought 1 pack. I thought it would last one year, it didn’t. I loved giving them away with tip inside at restaurants, at airport, hotels, and people in need, …in appreciation to any help they provide. I prayed at every time that they will read the gospel tract inside.
I am ordering 3 more packs now. It will definitely be handy during this Christmas season. I love this bible tract. Thank you Living Waters. God bless you all

Very unique track. People are very shocked when they open this track and see money. People often wonder why you are giving them money for free. It gives a great opportunity to share the gospel and how salvation is a free gift.
I like to place 2 dollar bills in the track, because they are not often seen in circulation, and are unique just like this track.

FANTASTIC TRACT ! It disarmingly gets peoples attention and causes them to read the perfectly worded salvation message inside the tract. At our town’s country fair, our church had a booth alongside all of the craft and food vendor booths . As people walked passed, we gave out over 300 of these tracts with a $1 bill inside. People were so happy and appreciative to receive them, you would have thought that there was a fifty dollar bill inside. After opening the tract many people stopped and returned to our booth to find out more about a church that was giving away money. We were able to then witness, one on one, with them and give them New Testaments. Our outreach was a great success.

I stutter a lot at times so my husband and I give these away whenever we are out, as tips at restaurants or to the delivery person(s) that bring our groceries. Until we find a church home we put our tithing money in them, $20 in each. One individual (glass installer) called us in tears and said God had been nudging him for a while and that he KNEW God was speaking to him yet again. He is a husband and father of 5. He said his dad is a pastor and I said, “It looks like God answered his dad’s prayers for him!” (sound familiar? Lol)
I thank GOD for this Living Waters Ministries and all of its support!

My wife and I visited a restaurant and brought along the “Gift Inside” Gospel Tract with the sole purpose of giving it to our waiter/waitress.
We left a very generous TIP inside and handed it to our waiter when paying for our bill. My wife was returning from using the restroom and saw our waiter showing his co-worker the Gospel tract and noticed how thankful/happy he was. The waiter returned and said THANK YOU so much for that gift. We know that the LORD was glorified that day.

Been using these for a while. Gave away a bunch to my bible study just to hear how they would enjoy giving them away. In my opinion-1$ is not enough (anymore), but 5$ might temp them to buy beer or alcohol, so tomorrow I’m going to the bank to try and get 2$ bills. I know I’m not responsible for what they do with the money I give away, but I’d rather it be used for food or something other than alcohol….

I’ve used these tracts for about 6 years – I put a million dollar bill in them with a $1 or $5 bill on top, and I give them out to folks at the gas pump, to wait staff in restaurants, to drive thru workers, convenience store clerks, folks in the grocery store, and after a one-to-ones to illustrate the free gift of salvation and the need to accept/receive the free gift.

A great tract! Handed one with a $5 bill to a homeless man with a card board sign today. He took it willingly and said thank you. I could see him reading it thoroughly as I drove away. Also great to give to youth, which I am preparing to do for the high schoolers that wait for a bus just 50 feet from my door.

I have received a “thank you” from all those I have given these to. One night, I handed one to a lady who had just cussed. Upon reading the tract she immediately apologized, ran over to me, hugged and thanked me for giving it to her. To God be the Glory!!
